This Lagoon 440, in its owner's version, is a remarkable first hand-built catamaran, built with the utmost care at the Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie shipyard. Its sole owner, a passionate sailor, has turned it into a reliable, safe and perfectly maintained catamaran. After numerous Atlantic and Caribbean cruises, it is now presented in a condition rarely seen on the market. Designed for autonomy and comfort in ocean cruising, she is equipped with a generator, watermaker, solar panels and a new battery bank. Five electric winches make maneuvering easy. The rig and sails (gennaker and Code D) were overhauled in 2021, and the trampolines and titanium bowsprit are new. Communication is via satellite phone and on-board Wi-Fi. Secured by stainless steel railings and reinforced lifelines, it is sold with a private mooring buoy in Saint-François. A ready-to-go boat, ideal for long crossings or life at anchor.
